Three alarm kinds:
· Specific date(s)
· Set of dates (i.e: all dates that have month of August and October, day of week of Sunday, and time of midnight)
· Periodic dates

Music:
· supported file formats include: aiff, .wav, .midi, .mpeg, .mp3 .mov, .dv, .avi, .swf
· play a set song, song(s) from folder, or a song off a webpage set expiration dates: never annoy your neighbors when you leave for the weekend again
· customize the speed and sound level that your alarm songs play at
· New preference allows you to automatically unmute and set your system volume to the max to make sure you never miss another alarm again

Scripts:
· Like cron, run any command line arguments when an alarm fires

Calendar:

· Periodic Timer fields no longer have maximum field values (can have 32 days, 80 minutes, etc)
· For new alarms, the periodic timer fields of days and months will not initially be set to -1.
· Fixed a bug in the periodic alarm timer - as a clarification, the reference date is not counted as a fire time; it`s only a reference point
· You will not have to keep reauthenticating the power manager with each new version of ACSE after authenticating with this version.
