The Tabloc extension enables you to choose among five actions.
If you choose "Lock Tab" and "Shift Lock Tab" the URL of the tab will be locked.
When a link in the locked tab is clicked a new tab will be opened. "Lock Tab" opens a new background tab and the "Shift Lock Tab" opens a new foreground tab.
"Protect Tab" prohibits closing the tab until current session is over.
NOTE: The Tabloc add-on is cross-platform and it works on Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
